The Grid View orders books by Old Testament and New Testament

The List View orders the books by canonical category: Pentateuch, History, Poetry, Prophets, Gospels, Epistles, Revelation

For iOS it may not be obvious how to change between the two views. Here’s how to switch between the two (using an ipad as an example):
Tap the Go To button in the upper left. iOS currently defaults to ‘Grid View’. Drag the list downward and you’ll see two buttons next to the search bar. Now click on the button indicated by the arrow below to change to the ‘List View’.

Android Tablet

Tap the Verse Chooser in the upper left, next to the Library icon.

To access the different styles of verse chooser then tap the gear icon in the pop out. You’ll then see 3 options:

The Alphabetical List View orders books by number…just kidding.

The Cannonical List View orders the books by canonical category: Pentateuch, History, Poetry, Prophets, Gospels, Epistles, Revelation

Tap the Go To button in the upper left. Android currently defaults to ‘Grid View’. Then tap the menu button your device. Please note that this is a button on your actual device, not the App, and it varies depending on the type of phone you have. You’ll then see 3 options:
