ANSWERS FOR TODAY

Have you ever wished that the Bible spoke directly about controversial issues we face today? The NKJV Unapologetic Study Bible hopes to bridge the gap between God’s instruction and today’s questions. But how?

The goal of this Bible is to inspire believers to Christlike thought, belief, speech, and action. It is intended to help Christians from all walks of life to live their lives according to biblical principles, using information and encouragement based on a wealth of resources from around the glove and from ancient times up to the present day.

Normally, when you have a question about a present-day issue, you have to thumb through your Bible hoping to find a passage that relates somehow. Or, it’s the other way around. Reading the Bible doesn’t always seem to speak to things related to today, and you’re stuck trying to make connections on your own.

With this study Bible, you can be pointed in a good direction, without leaving your Bible app.

WHAT’S INSIDE?

There are eight subject areas covered in this study Bible:

  1. Church
  2. Corruption
  3. Economics
  4. Education
  5. Family
  6. Government
  7. Sanctity of Life
  8. Virtue

Emmanuel A. Kampouris, the publisher of Kairos Journal, wrote this study Bible. The notes and features of the NKJV Unapologetic Study Bible are based on his extensive online resource. • Unapologetic Profiles: Over 40 profiles of historical figures inspire you with biblical faith lived out in the face of seemingly impossible circumstances
  • Indexes: Categorize each of the above features to assist you in a topical study
of the issues that matter to you

I have not so much a comment but rather a question. What is the intention of calling this an unapologetic study bible.

      Hi Kieth,
      I’m just an observer, but…
If you consider the title with the UN colored in red to separate it from the rest of the word, it initializes a play on words to the typical use of the term apologetics used to indicate a defense of the Word.
Anyone not familiar with this word and encountering it for the first time might easily misinterprete the intent and simply gloss over the book. I think the author is trying to catch that segment that would be prone to pass by an apologetics study for this reason.
I see it as clever and well played, having the potential to involve those who find themselves far from ready to engage in a discussion on the scriptures.
We can choose the common reference of an apologetics study, but this is targeting those who might not understand what apologetics means
      Blessings,
      Kip

Now to my comment… I want OT based resources for the CSB version or the CSB Study bible supplements from the current printed CSB Study Bible to augment the existing CSB version that OT sells.

I really am not interested in any further investments in resources that are not based on CSB.

    Anything in the pipeline???
    Blessings,
    Kip

  • Kip, this line from the ad may relate to your question: “this study Bible can be used with any translation you own, unlike a paper Bible.”

Such a pity these resources are not available in print. I now live in England, but will move to a very small village in Africa where news of any kind reaches one after long delays and hushed down – with no internet access and therefor really no practical use for online studies. And I love the NKJ translation. Pity.

The beauty of Olive Tree is that you do not need internet access. Just download to your device.
